He played college basketball for the University of Missouri and Lambuth University. He then transferred to Mount Zion Academy for his junior and senior years, averaging 18.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game as a junior and 18.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per game as a senior. In his freshman season at Missouri, Dandridge played sparingly for the Tigers.
In 30 games, he averaged just 1.9 points per game.
In his sophomore season, he had more opportunities but was still low down in the rotation. In 24 games, he averaged 2.5 points and 1.5 rebounds per game.
In his junior season, he battled through injury most of the year, missing nearly half the season. In just 18 games, he averaged 1.4 points in just 4.8 minutes per game.
In 2007, he transferred to Lambuth University for his senior season.
Being a lower division college, Dandridge thrived at Lambuth as he went on to be named in the 2008 All-National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics D1 first team In 34 games, he averaged 15.0 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.4 steals per game. 2008-2009 season
In December 2008, Dandridge signed with the Halifax Rainmen for the 2009 PBL season.
In March 2009, he was traded to the Quebec Kebs.
2009-2010 season
In November 2009, Dandridge signed with the Rochester Razorsharks for the 2010 PBL season. In 25 game for Rochester, he averaged 14.0 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.
2010-2011 season
In July 2010, Dandridge signed with Monte Hermoso Basket of Argentina but left before playing in a game for them. In November 2010, he signed with the San Diego Surf for the 2010-2011 American Bar Association season.
2011-2012 season
2012-2013 season
In August 2012, Dandridge joined Belgacom Spirou of Belgium for a one-month trial.
He later signed with the club for the 2012-2013 season but an injury kept him out of action for four months. On February 1, 2013, he made his debut for Spirou, recording three points in 15 minutes of action. He managed 18 games for Spirou and averaged 5.7 points per game.
2013-2014 season
In July 2013, Dandridge joined the Orlando Magic for the 2013 National Basketball Association Summer League.
He later signed with VOO Wolves Verviers-Pepinster of Belgium for the 2013-2014 season. In November 2013, he left Verviers-Pepinster after appearing in just seven games.
In January 2014, Dandridge signed with the Canterbury Rams for the 2014 New Zealand NBL season. In June 2014, he suffered a season-ending elbow injury.
In 13 games for the Rams, he averaged 18.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.0 steals per game.
2014-2015 season
On September 16, 2014, Dandridge signed with Timba Timișoara of Romania for the 2014-2015 season. On December 1, 2014, he left Timba Timișoara after appearing in just five games. 2015-2016 season
On October 12, 2015, Dandridge signed with Karpoš Sokoli of Macedonia for the 2015-2016 season.
He left the club in late December after appearing in 11 games.
Dandridge spent the 2011-2012 season playing in Morocco for RSB Berkane, helping the team win the league championship and averaging 24 points, seven rebounds and three assists per game. On April 25, 2014, he equalled an NBL record for most three-pointers made in a single game with nine, recording a total of 37 points, in a 101–92 win over the Manawatu Jets.
