Triggs studied film and television at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2003 at the age of 19 and went on to write, produce and direct over 40 short films and 6 features independently, including Cinnamon Rain (2001), The Babyslitter (2003) and Lunar (2005).
In his final year of high school Triggs’s first attempt at a feature film, Number One, was selected for the Top Arts awards. Number-One Lunar Cinemaphobia 41 Apocalyptic.
