A guide for strengthening the mind, body, spirit, and interdependent relationships. This manual consists of four parts. Part I provides a rich foundation to help us understand the nature of resiliency, the ups and downs of the human experiences, and the scientific foundations upon which resiliency training is based. Part II will guide the reader through personal resiliency training, and Part III will apply the foundations of resiliency to relationships at home, at work, and in the neighborhood. Part IV suggests a final challenge for resilient living.
