Although our law firm was started on March 1, 1990, our expertise in the area of construction law goes back to the very roots of construction law in California in the early 1900s. Our senior founding partner, Gordon Hunt, began his career in 1960 under the tutelage of Glenn Behymer, the preeminent construction lawyer in California whose practice dated back to around 1908. Even though our firm is one of the foremost authorities on construction law and litigation in the state, we also offer services in many other areas of law related to real estate and business.
Some of these include land development, environmental, geotechnical, corporate and partnership law.
At Hunt, Ortmann, Blasco, Palffy & Rossell, we strongly believe in supporting our community. In this effort, we support a variety of civic organizations benefiting Pasadena and greater Los Los Angeles
Foreign example, some of our lawyers have been members of or involved with Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association, Pasadena"s Recreation and Parks Commission, Christmas in April, and Rebuild Los Angeles The firm itself financially supports Kidspace in Pasadena, and we"ve also established nonprofit, tax-exempt foundations for local elementary schools.
