Bachelor of Fine Arts, Minnesota College Art and Design, 1962; Master of Fine Arts, Yale University, 1965.

Career

Assistant professor, Kansas Missouri City The Art Institute of Chicago, 1965-1968; professor design, U. Cincinnati, since 1968; department head, U. Cincinnati, 1968-1982. Panelist design program National Endowment for Arts, 1974-1985. Member designarts advisory panel Ohio Arts Council, 1982-1983.

Guest lecturer on design andedn. to various organizations, since 1970. Project designer, since 1968. Guest curator exhibition Design Excellence, 1989.
