Davis, Graham Lee was born on April 15, 1893 in Woodville, North Carolina, United States. Son of Doctor Judson J. and Mary Elizabeth (White) Davis.

Assistant to director hospital section, The Duke Endowment, Charlotte, North Carolina, 1924-1939. Director div. of hospitals, W. K. Kellogg Foundation, Battle Creek, Michigan, 1940-1951, on leave as director of National Commission on Financing Hospital Care, 1951-1953, consultant 1953-1956. Director Onslow Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, North Carolina, since 1956.
