Career
He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was invested as a Commander of the Order of the British Empire. He succeeded to the title of 4th Baron Radstock, of Castle Town, Queen"s County, Ireland on 8 December 1913 and died at age 77, unmarried.
