Artistic director Landestheater Mecklenburg-Neustrelitz, Germany, 1990-1992, Elysium - Between Two Continents, Munich-New York City, since 1993. Director Landestheater Linz, Austria, since 1992, Theater Bregenz, Austria, since 1994.

Chairman award committee Erwin Piscator Award for Directing. Instructor German drama New York University, 1988-1990.

Staged various scenes from operas by Mozart for 3d European Debut of Young American Singers, monastery of Andechs, Munich.
