Gregorio Napoleone is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at Stirling Square Capital Partners, a pan-European private equity firm focused on mid-market businesses that it strives to internationalise and transform. He is currently Chairman of the Board of OHI Group and of Isoclima Group. He sits on the Board of Trustees at New York University (NYU) and is also a Member of the Dean’s Council at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Napoleone began his higher education at Columbia University in New York in 1982, before transferring to Università Bocconi in Milan in 1983, where he completed a degree in Business Administration, with a thesis on leveraged buyouts.
