Nicolaysen has specialized exclusively in federal criminal defense. He represents both individual and business clients in a broad range of federal criminal matters covering all stages including pre-indictment grand jury appearances, government investigations, trials and appeals. Mr. Nicolaysen regularly serves as a consultant to attorneys nationwide on federal criminal matters and is a frequent lecturer at seminars.
