Sichenzia has participated in Cardozo School of Law"s Dean Speaker Series, detailing how he, along with other founding partners, were able to build a law firm of over 50 lawyers. He also participated as a panelist during the school"s "Cannabis Business, Law and Ethics: Counseling the Entrepreneur" series. In 2015, Sichenzia recorded an online Continuing Legal (Continuing legal education) course, entitled "Investing in Publicly Traded Companies in the Legal Cannabis Industry." Sichenzia was included in the 2015 Super Lawyers annual magazine publication under the category "Securities & Corporate Finance." In 2016, Sichenzia was included in the 2016 Best Lawyers list, highlighting some of his media op-ed contributions on matters concerning securities law.
Since 2001, Sichenzia and his firm have completed over 1000 PIPE transactions representing publicly traded companies.

Sichenzia is a founding member of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference Limited Liability Partnership (1998) specializing in advising corporations on public offerings, Private Investment in Public Entity (“PIPES”), and reverse merger transactions. Gregory Sichenzia was a notes and comments editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal (1986-1987), is an active member of the Dean"s Advisory Council, and has lectured on securities law and corporate finance matters.
