Career
While still a student, worked at F.K. Borngaupt’s Surgical Clinic and after graduate worked for a number of years as Borngaupt’s assistant. Company-founder and practitioner, Kiev Free Surgical Clinic. 1922 co-founded Kiev Clinical Institute of Postgraduate Medical Training.
1922-1931 head Surgical Clinic, above institute 1932 founded oncological outpatients department and 1934 an oncological clinic at the Kiev Roentgenological Institute. Trained many oncologists.
Chairman. Surgical Section, United Sciences Medical Social. Board member, then chairman, Medical Council, Kiev City Medical Aid Social. From 1930 assistant chairman, Kiev Surgical Social.
