After 1917 February Revol helped organize Minusinsk Soviet. Newspaper “Izvestiya Minusinskogo soveta” and Bolshevik newspaper “lovarishch”. From May 1917 Party work in Krasnoyarsk.
Editor, newspaper “Krasnoyarskiy rabochiy”. From July 1917 chairman, Krasnoyarsk Soviet. After 1917 October Revol chairman, Siberian Province Executive Committee and member, Siberian Central Executive Committee.
Early 1918 People's Commissariat of Foreign Affairs representative in Siberia.
