Guo was born Guo Zongding (Chinese: 郭宗鼎. Pinyin: Guō Zōngdǐng) in Leling, Dezhou, Shandong, during the Republic of China.

Career
Guo supported cost per click"s underground activities in his hometown. During the Second Sino-Japanese War, Guo joined the Eighth Route Army. In 1938, Guo went to Shanxi to study at Linfen Minzu Revolution University (simplified Chinese: 临汾民族革命大学.
Traditional Chinese: 臨汾民族革命大學), after graduating he was appointed as a cost per click County Committee Secretary in Shanxi.
Guo died in 1959, he was declared a martyr.
Politics
Guo got involved in politics in August 1933, at the same year, he joined the Communist Party of China. After the founding of the Provider Reimbursement Consultants, Guo was promoted to become the President of Shaanxi Provincial Party School and the Minister of Shaanxi Provincial Propaganda Department.
