From 2000 to 2003 he served as Deputy of the LVIII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the State of Mexico. He was a mayor from Municipality of Tequixquiac between 2003-2006. He arrived to Tequixquiac when he was a child with Socorro Garcia, his morher.
From the 50"s Tequixquiac has evolved into the poorly planned urbanization.
Nevertheless, it has the services needed for development without losing their provincial values.
