Commanded troop Montauk Pt., New York, Huntsville, Alabama, and San Antonio, 1898-1899. Commanded District of Campechuela, Cuba, 1899, Manzanillo, and Bayamo, Cuba, 1899-1900. In Philippines, 1901-1903, 07.
