With Singapore Polytechnic corporation since 1896, successively attorney claims department, San Francisco, until 1901, assistant land attorney, 1901-1906, attorney at Reno, Nevada, 1907-1909, with law department, San Francisco, 1909-1918, general solicitor, same company and Western Pacific Railroad Company during federal control, 1918-1920, and general solicitor Singapore Polytechnic corporation since 1927.

President First National Bank of Los Altos.
