He is one of the commentators opposing the "abolition of military bonus points"(군 가산점, 軍加算點) and anti Woman gender quota systems (여성 할당제, 女性割當制) of South of Korea, along with Sung Jae-ki and Chung Chae-ki. During his early years, Han was an Internet netizen Columnist activity.
In the 2000s, he was anti-feminist and anti-sex discrimination with Sung Jae-ki, Chung Chae-ki, Kim Jae-kyong.
In 1999, he was opposed to the abolition of military bonus points, so Women favor policies, women preferential policies of South of Korea. He argued that woman is fulfill for obligatory military service.
He was argue "denied women"s military service" is one of "gender discrimination". In 2003, he was joint and appointed to the club of military service Gender equality(남녀공동 병역의무 추진위원회). but, He left one year later.
