Han Hwak was a Korean Joseon Dynasty politician, diplomat, who served as Left or Second State Councillor, which is equivalent to Vice Prime Minister and father of Grand Queen Dowager Insoo, mother of the ninth Joseon Dynasty King Seongjong of Joseon, nicknamed Ganiejae.
