Hania Czajkowski was born on January 5, 1949, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is the daughter of Roman and Rosalia (Bratko) Czajkowski.
Hania Czajkowski studied at the University of Buenos Aires where she received a degree in architecture in 1975.
Hania Czajkowski, after getting her degree in architecture, worked as an architect at Sideco Americana from 1980 till 1992. Then she decided to start her career as a novelist, her deep passion. After the success of her first work, Jugando con los ángeles (Playing with the Angels), an essay with the card game, following in the footsteps of the alchemists and other wise teachers, she embarked on a long journey to Poland, the land of her ancestors, Cyprus, and Turkey. There the saga of the Conspiracies was born, her novels of adventure, love, and spirituality.
The first, La conspiración de los Alquimistas (The Conspiracy of the Alchemists), recounts that journey and the exact steps to achieve a great alchemical transmutation of one's personal life, as happened to Ana, the protagonist, whose story follows in The Victory of the Conspiracy. In it, she receives her initiatory and magical name: Eyes of Heaven. This novel constitutes a guide to begin in the knowledge of the Holy Kabbalah and to find a passionate love.
After a long stay in Crete, Hania created La Saga De La Montaña Sagrada: El rescate de la inocencia and Cartas magicas: Para vivir en la nueva tierra, which accompany the saga with a game of psychological and divinatory support. The second trilogy starring rebellious and visionary women, with independent stories from each other, began with Morgana: El Camino Naranja and continued with Kalinka: El Camino Blanco.
Czajkowski is also a contributor to periodicals as well as a guest on television and radio programs and presenter of multimedia performances and workshops.
Hania Czajkowski is a widely known and gifted author. Her books were published in France, Italy, Germany, Brazil, and all Spanish-language countries. Her first book, Playing with the Angels, was sold in more than 500,000 copies and forty editions. All her works received a warm reception from readers as well as reviewers.
Hania Czajkowski traveled to Polynesia, Asia, Africa, Brazil, Mexico, Europe, the United States, and many other places in the world looking for the secrets of the occult world, magic, and the spiritual trajectory of the world. At the same time, because of her background as an architect, she dedicated herself to deep research on the buildings, symbols, meanings of ancient religions, dances, architecture, and art of the many places she visited. She studied the area of angels from a theological, artistic, and symbolic perspective. She especially researched the hidden secrets in cathedrals built by the medieval alchemists of Europe. She researched Notre Dame, Santiago de Compostela, Czestochowa, Fatima, and the ancient monasteries of Cyprus, as well as cave temples in the Capadocia in Asia. She also studied the traditions and special powers attributed to mythical beings like fairies, elves, mermaids, and salamanders, and she received from wise masters the deep teachings of the sacred traditions of the kabbalah.
Quotations:
"My primary motivation for writing is the need for communicating my adventures and discoveries in faraway places and spiritual worlds. I am strongly committed to magic realism. My connection with alchemy and kabbalah inspires me to write about them. Ancient games are also a source of continuous inspiration."
"I dedicate an enormous amount of time to travel, research, and learning. Then I go to my private paradise at the seaside, a little cabin in the middle of an enchanted wood, and write and write and write. Our times require a concise and very intense way of writing. I am learning to transmit intensity and passion in fewer and fewer words."
Hania Czajkowski married Alexander Astrachanzew on October 10, 1972. The marriage produced one child, Alexandra. Then the couple divorced and Czajkowski married Eduardo Kotliroff on November 27, 1998.
