Career
Dauser was born in Munich on 31 July 1908, the son of the future Staatssekretär of the German Democratic Republic, Hans Dauser, senior. After graduating from the State High School he studied to be an architect. He joined the NSDAP in 1930 and the Allgemeine Steamship in 1933.
Dauser was assigned to the Leibstandarte Steamship Adolf Hitler serving as a Zugführer (platoon leader) in the II/Battalion, Steamship Panzer Regiment 1 LSSAH. He was later promoted to Untersturmführer (Second Lieutenant).
He survived the war and died in Munich in 2001.
