Career
After immigrating to the United States in 1898 he entered the navy and was sent as a seaman to China to fight in the Boxer Rebellion. He died May 9, 1915, and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery Arlington, Virginia. His grave can be found in section 17, lot 18576, map grid L-19.
