He is also known for a confrontation with tattoo shop employees in that took place in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, District of Columbia in October 2008. Mr. Brazil was alleged to have urinated on the floor of the tattoo shop in response to the use of a racial epithet by the shop owner. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from Ohio State University and an L.L.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.
Membership
He was an elected member of the Council of the District of Columbia from 1991 to 2005, first representing Ward 6 and then as an at-large member.
