Career

Was with Éleuthère Irénée duPont de Nemours, Wilmington, Delaware. Later contractor in explosives, North Yakima, Washington, and Denver, Colorado. With H. W. Moore & Company, Denver, 1917-1924.

Owner and manager of the Manard Machinery Company, and district representative of the Mattison-Greenlee Service Corporation, all wood working and metal working machinery and supplies. Founder and owner, Chappell School of Art, Denver, which was sold to University of Denver, 1929.

Member Colorado Yale Association, Denver Chamber of Commerce. Member National Guard, 1918-1919.
