In charge of Seventh LightRouse District, Key West, Florida, 1911-1912.
Sixth Diet., Charleston, South Carolina, 1912-1915. Fifth District, Baltimore, Maryland, 1915-1930. Appointed Deputy Commissioner of Lighthouses, since 1929.
