Member Royal College of Surgeons, Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians 1899. Bachelor of Medicine (London), Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (England), in 1901. House Surgeon, House Physician, Assistant in Ophthalmic, Dental, and Throat Departments.

Senior Clinical Assistant for two years at Hospital for Diseases of the Throat, Golden Square. And Assistant Surgeon to the Metropolitan Ear, Nose, and Throat Hospital. Laryngologist to Mount Vernon Hospital for Diseases of the Chest.

Honourable Secy., Laryngological Section Royal Society of Medical.
