He was a member of Hood & Fouilhoux office for several years where he was identified with the design of several of the firm's important buildings, such as the Masonic Temple at Scranton, Pa., American Radiator Building, New York, the McGraw-Hill Building, and was largely responsible for the interior of the Daily News Building. In addition he collaborated with John Mead Howells and his partners on competitions plans for the Chicago Tribune Building.
Retiring in 1931 to his home at Newfane, Vermont, Mr. Henderson devoted his remaining years to art work, a field in which his talent and versatility was exemplified in oil painting, etchings and portraiture.
