Sir Harry Hope, 1st Baronet, was a Scottish agriculturalist and Unionist politician who represented Bute, West Stirlingshire, and Forfarshire in the House of Commons. He led the Scottish Chamber of Agriculture, contributed to agricultural inquiries, was knighted in 1920, and became a baronet in 1932.

He also served as an honorary president of the National Farmers' Union of Scotland and participated in a Scottish departmental inquiry into the poultry industry. Hope entered Parliament as a Unionist Member for Buteshire in 1910 and represented the constituency until 1918. From 1918 to 1922 he represented West Stirlingshire, and from 1924 to 1931 he represented Forfarshire.
