Career

Admitted to bar, Minneapolis, March 1878. Practiced at Beaver Falls, Wisconsin, until September, 1878, at Wausau, Wisconsin, 1878-1887. Moved to Duluth, Minnesota, March, 1887, and later same year to Superior, Wisconsin, where has since practiced, chiefly corpn. law.

Vice president. American Exchange Bank, Pioneer Fuel Company, Northwesterr Coal Railway, Youghiogheny & Lehigh Coal Company. Dir Pittsburgh Coal & Dock Company First city attorney, Superior, Wisconsin. President of the board education, Superior, 5 years.

Vice president Wisconsin State Bar Association. Delegate Universal Congress Lawyers and Jurists, St. Louis, 1904.
