President, Texas Mining & Smelting Company, Laredo, Texas, 1930-1939, and several antimony mining companies in Mexico, 1927-1939. Engineer with United States Shipping Board, 1918.

Section chief of antimony and beryllium, War Production Board, 1942-1943.
