Appointed assistant chief engineer, 1904, manager of engineering, 1909, assistant to 1st vice president 1910, vice president in charge manufacturing and engineering activities, since 1911. Vice president Westinghouse Inter Works Railway, Turtle Creek & Allegheny Railroad Company. Chairman of the Board and director National Broadcasting Company, Audio Vision Appliance Company.
