Career

Hazel Irene Fletcher, October 29, 1914. Children—Fletcher, John Colby, Arthur Tibbetts, Frances. Admitted to Maine bar, 1889.

City solicitor Waterville, 1897-1898. Procured charter for Kennebec Water District, 1899 (first municipality of kind ever organied in Maine. Plan now used throughout state).

Became connected with Central Maine Power Company, 1899, drew present charter, 1905, resigned as president, 1924. Now general practice law. Chairman draft board, 1917-1919.
