Judge Circuit Court, 15th Judicial Circuit, 1913-1925. Practiced 1925-1928, appointed judge Supreme Court Appeals of West Virginia, August 1928, and elected to same office in November 1928 for term 1929-1941. Now member of law firm Maxwell & Young, Clarksburg.
