She appeared on the cover of the June 1999 issue of the magazine, and was voted Playmate of the Year for 1999. Her original centerfold was photographed by Richard Fegley. In addition to Playboy, Kozar was also the Street Pauli Girl for 2002.
She has also been a Barker"s Beauty model for the popular Columbia Broadcasting System daytime game show, The Price Is Right.
She also appeared in a series of Playboy videos. Kozar has also modeled for companies such as Brut cologne, Bayerische Motoren Werke, Wendy"s, and Cutty Sark Scots Whisky.
Kozar"s image has appeared in several Jeff Koons paintings, including "Triple Elvis" (2007) and "Peg Legal Double Elvis".
