She was the official Pantene Mission Egypt 2004 titleholder. The first two runners-up to El-Sisy when she became Mission Egypt in 2004 were sisters. El-Sisy is a Law student at Mansoura University.
Her mother is a housewife.
And her dad is a retired sergeant for the armed forces of Egypt. Ahmad Zaki was an influence on her life.
In 2005, El-Sisy replaced Rania Kurdi on the third season of SuperStar, the Arabic television show based on the popular British show People’s Idol. El-Sisy"s contract prematurely ended before the semi finals had begun, leaving Ayman to host solo for the rest of the season.
