Director and impresario. Director, 1907; since 1908 has been one of the leaders in developing national cinema, producing, directing and organizing film enterprises. Owner, Quiroga Films studios.
Took company of Argentine players, headed by Camila Quiroga, on tours of North and South America, and Europe. In 1924 presented the Russian company Duvan-Torzoff in the Teatro Colón. President, consulting council of authors, actors, and impresarios, since 1934.
