Career
Heinrich Birnbach was a teacher in Wroclaw, then in Berlin, where he founded a musical institute. Nicolai, Kücken, and Dehn were some of his pupils. He wrote 2 symphonies, and 2 overtures, for orchestra; concertos for pianoforte, and for oboe, clarinet, and guitar; quintet; duos; fantasias and sonatas for pianoforte etc.
