Career
Heinz Murr was born on the 3 July 1919, in Stargard Pomerania. During World World War II he was awarded the Knight"s Cross on the 21 September 1944, while in command of the III.Battalion, 9th Steamship Panzer Grenadier Regiment Germania, 5th Steamship Panzer Division Wiking. He survived the war and died in Hanover on the 7 August 1998
