Career
She began her career as an entertainer in British nightclubs during the 1960s and 1970s. Palmer died on 5 January 2011, at Scarborough General Hospital in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England at the age of 82 after a brief illness. Her funeral was held on 18 January at Street John the Evangelist Church in Sewerby.
