Achievements

  • Achievements include research in analytic solutions of phase noise and locking stability in coupled oscillators for active phased arrays in wireless communications. Patents pending for invent ultra-low noise Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits and microwave oscillators without using any solid state resonator, isolator, or circulator. Invention of injection-locked phase-locked loop (ILPLL) using an oscillator also acting as mixer for superior locking range and phase noise improvement.

Explain and solve for stability and phase noise in self-injection-locked oscillators (SILO). First to solve for analytical solutions of phase noise in coupled phase-locked loops (CPLLs) for active phased array in wireless communication systems.
