Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, National National Cheng-Kung University University, Taiwan, 1990. Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering, University Massachusetts, 1993. Postgraduate, Spalding University, Kentucky, since 2001.

Engineer Logitech, Taiwan, Tainan, 1988—1990. Teacher Municipal An-Nan Junior High School, 1990—1991, Far East University, Hsin-Shih, Taiwan, since 1993, director Office of Academy Taiwan, 1993—2001.
