Henmi Takeo

Background

Henmi was born in 1889, in Tokyo, Japan.

Graduated from Tohoku University. Studied in America.

Studied in America and after returning, appointed professor of Kyoto University. Retired in 1949.

Rendered a number of researches on rice blight and other diseases of rice plants, and methods to prevent decay of lumber.
