Dahl is now retired as a football player. Having been Sales&Marketing manager at Hard Rock Cafe, Oslo for three years he later joined Radio Metro, Oslo as an Key Account Manager in 2011, where he currently works.
He is also an assistant coach in Bærum Saskatchewan. and Player Development Coach at Fotballprogresjon Norge AS.
