Studied at Bedford Grammar School. Exeter College, Oxford. Bachelor of Arts, 1858; Master of Arts, 1860.
Career
Curate of Holy Trinity, Bedford, 1859. Curate of St. Michael’s, Tenbury, 1861. 2nd master of Eagle House School, Wimbledon, 1862-1869.
Vicar of Haynes, Bedfordshire, 1869-1878. Minor Canon of Westminster, 1876-1892. Priest in Ordinary to Queen Victoria, 1878 1901. Vicar of Stanford-in-the-Vale, Berkshire, since 1892; Priest in Ordinary to the King.
