Colonel 1903; served Afghanistan, 1878-1880 (medal). Employed on railways, P. W. D. 1876-1880. On Army Head - quarters Staff as Deputy-Assistant-Adjutant-General for R.E. in India, 1894-1900.
Remainder in Military Works Services, India. C.R.E. 4th Quetta Division, Military Works Services, India, and Secretary Public Works Department, Baluchistan, 1905 -10. Retired 1910. R.E.
