During his several years of professional practice Mr. Marshall was com¬missioned to design various public buildings of note, among them the Library at Rutgers University, Brunswick, N.J., buildings at the Brierly School, West 44th Street, New York, and the Bryn Mawr School in Baltimore. He also designed many large suburban residences and estates in New England and New York state among which should be mentioned the house for Edith Gould, University Heights, New York, and the former home of the late Rudyard Kipling at Brattleboro, Vermont.
