M. Railway since 1887. Successively Wisconsin attorney, assistant general solicitor, 1894, general solicitor, 1908, assistant to president, 1912, general counsel since March 1920.

Religion

Politics

The use of force may be supported in extreme situations and when the need to do so is beyond reasonable doubt.
