STEVENS, Henry Bingham was born in 1835 in Wilmington Vicarage, Kent. Son of Reverend Henry Stevens, Vicar of Wateringbury (son of Very Reverend Robert Stevens, Dean of Rochester), and Mary Frances Stevens, daughter of late Colonel Charles Cox Bingham, Resident Advisor
