Principal Librarian of the State Library, 1893-1906. Director of the Intelligence Department, 1905. Fellow of Senate of Sydney University, 1895.
President of New South Wales Commission for the Franco-British Exhibition, 1908. Under-Secretary of Department of Agriculture, New Soutli Wales, since 1908.
