Is much interested in Colonial Questions as they affect the Empire. Is Lord of the Manor of Kinvaston.

Late Captain Staffordshire Imperial Yeomanry. Assumed by Royal Licence the name of Staveley-Hill in lieu of Hill in 1906.

Member of Parliament (Conservative) Kingswinford division of Staffs, since 1905.
